Update

Sorry for the lack of updates... busy week.

This week I have had some great successes. I set a new personal record and walked 4.5 km in one go. WOW! Feeling really good about that! I have walked a total of 6 km this week so far! Loving it! Going geocaching today, so that's more walking under my belt!

I have stayed within my calorie budget this week, and my clothes are feeling looser, so I think the weigh in tomorrow is going to show a good result!

I have also had a few failures this week...

I have failed to quit smoking thus far, it's a lot harder than I thought. Thinking I might purchase an e-cigarette to help me get over the first few days without cigarettes.

There was one day this week I ate 8 timbits! 8!! I did log the calories (went over that day) and made up for it by going under the next day, but it felt like a giant step backward to eat that much doughnut in one sitting.
