What a successful first week! I may not have been able to kick the smoking habit just yet, but on the weight loss front, I nailed it! Here are my results:

This week I lost 4 inches and 4 lbs, feels great! Hopefully in another 2 weeks or so I can break out of the 180's and move on to the 170's. That would be awesome!
As for my lose it! app, it's definitely working well for me, I have no problem counting calories as the app makes it less of an inconvenience, most foods are already in the data base and there is very little work to do on my part.
3 more weeks until my photo shoot! Can't wait to see the drastic changes in my body by then!
